RAIN RFID<\/h2>\n

The RAIN Alliance is a global alliance that promotes the universal adoption of RAIN technology in a manner similar to other wireless technology organizations, including the NFC Forum, the WiFi Alliance and the Bluetooth SIG. RAIN uses the GS1 UHF Gen2 protocol standardized by ISO\/IEC in 18000-63. <\/div>\n
The acronym RAIN stands for RAdio IdentificatioN, and is designed to link UHF RFID to the cloud, where RFID-based data can be stored, managed and shared via the Internet.<\/div>\n
