CIPAM × Lyngsoe Systems - Exclusive partner France & Benelux

In a world where the user experience is measured in seconds, and every resource must be available - here and now - libraries no longer have the luxury of manual processes. Between massive peaks in returns after the weekend, interminable waits at the counter and limited visibility of collections, your teams are struggling to maintain a service that meets user expectations... to the detriment of time devoted to cultural mediation. To meet these challenges, CIPAM, the French traceability expert since 1993, has teamed up with Lyngsoe Systems, a world pioneer in RFID solutions for libraries. Together, we offer a modular platform capable of automating document return, sorting, inventory and security, while enhancing your performance indicators. The result: a smooth 24/7 reader experience, staff freed from repetitive tasks, and reliable data to steer your establishment towards Library 4.0.

  • Accessibility & inclusion: guaranteeing an equal experience for all audiences.
