Our ambition: to build a sustainable company, where every action counts - for our teams, our customers and our planet.And because collective efforts deserve recognition, we are proud to have been awarded the Ecovadis Bronze Medal in 2025, in recognition of our concrete commitments to ethics, the environment and social progress.
Our CSR actions and commitments

Taking care of the environment, every day
Limiting our ecological impact is one of our priorities.
We take action at every level – energy, mobility, recycling, innovation – to reduce our emissions and preserve resources.
- Energy and climate: every gesture counts
Our teams are trained in eco-actions and we closely monitor our consumption.
Objective: -10% electricity per workstation by 2026 and -15% gas heating by 2027.
We have launched an “energy savings” working group, which has already reduced our consumption thanks to automatic power strips and better temperature control.
We are preparing to produce our first simplified carbon footprint (scopes 1 and 2) by June 2026.
In terms of mobility, we encourage eco-friendly travel and have installed free charging stations for electric vehicles. By the end of 2026, our fleet will include at least one 100% electric vehicle, and 100% of our employees will be made aware of climate issues.
- Recycling and reclamation
Nothing is lost at CIPAM, everything is transformed!
We reuse our packaging, sort and recycle our waste (paper, WEEE), in partnership with local players.

- Innovating for a positive impact
Sustainable innovation is at the heart of our approach.

Valuing people, the driving force behind our performance
At CIPAM, success is collective.
We believe that the well-being and progress of our teams are the key to sustainable performance.
- Working differently
Flexible working hours, telecommuting for up to 5 days a month, ergonomic workspaces: everything is designed to provide a healthy, balanced working environment.
Every week, we hold a group discussion to share projects and ideas.
We monitor the well-being of our teams via weekly anonymous questionnaires, which are then shared with the CSE, which acts accordingly.
- Training, growing, evolving
We support each employee in his or her professional development, with an individual development plan that is monitored and updated.
Objective 2025: 100% of employees will have a clear career path and training adapted to their needs, with equitable access to training.
By 2022, over 195 hours of training have already been delivered – and the momentum continues.
- Prevention and protection
Because safety comes first, we train our teams in the right reflexes:
- 100% of mobile employees trained in road safety before 2026,
- A “sedentary lifestyle prevention” program (stretching, active breaks, ergonomics) on deployment,
- An annual update of the DUERP, shared with the CSE.
- Inclusion and diversity
CIPAM is committed to a respectful working environment open to all.
Every year, we take part in DuoDay and work with local ESATs and companies specializing in social reintegration.
Our objectives:

- Train 100% of managers in the prevention of harassment and discrimination by 2026,
- Achieve 85% minimum satisfaction on social climate and inclusion by 2027.

Act locally, think sustainably
We believe in the power of the collective.
CIPAM is involved in the economic and social life of its region – because a committed company must have a strong local presence.
We are a Connectwave AuRA ambassador, a member of the “Les entreprises s’engagent” network and Technopar, and anENE partner in the ” Osez l’industrie du futur” program.
We also support a number of local initiatives:
- Handball Club de Clermont Auvergne Métropole
- Sport Féminin & Co
- SIGMA Foundation, serving engineering students
And of course, we give preference to regional service providers for our printing, maintenance and supplies, to limit our transport and support the local economy.
Responsible, transparent traceability
Our core business: traceability. And today, it’s taking on a new dimension with the DPP – Digital Product Passport.
This digital product passport makes it possible to track each item throughout its life cycle, from manufacture to recycling.
A tool for transparency, but above all a lever for a smarter, more sustainable circular economy.
