The LVS 9585 inspects linear (1D) codes by analyzing all 9 ISO/ANSI parameters. This reader identifies appearance defects while validating human readability. It also checks two-dimensional (2D) codes, including multi-row and matrix codes, reporting all the parameters specified in ISO/IEC and MIL-STD-130N standards.
Using a 5 megapixel camera, the LVS 9585 performs high-resolution checks reading and analyzing every 0.002″ (0.05 mm) of barcode height. This specification exceeds the minimum average of 10 scans required by the ISO standard The LVS 9585 provides detailed color-coded reporting. The LVS 9585 uses advanced sensors for detailed barcode analysis.
This technology enables small codes to be read and analysed easily and accurately.
The system is supplied with a NIST traceable conformance test card, ensuring that the LVS 9585 remains compliant to a known reference, ensuring accurate and reliable calibration.
