Omron-Microscan’s wide range of NERLITE products can illuminate any part or mark for successful automatic identification or machine vision applications;
The general-purpose unidirectional design of the surface matrices (adjustable via the mounting position) can be used for darkfield illumination (to create shadows and specular reflections) or brightfield illumination of diffuse surfaces; As with any other incident light, subtle adjustments to working distance and light distribution angle can achieve good image contrast with minimal investment; Available in four sizes;
