The Voyager 1202g single-frame reader benefits from the freedom of Bluetooth wireless technology, and features a long-life lithium-ion battery that can be quickly replaced on site. Battery life is up to 12 hours or more, with 45,000 readings per charge. This new model ensures aggressive reading of linear barcodes, including poorly printed or damaged codes, thus reducing the need for manual data entry. It incorporates a Bluetooth Class 2 version 2.1 module, enabling it to be operated up to ten meters away from the base station.
