Configure the “smart reader” application on the Prox’N’Roll RFID Scanner HSP and you’re done! The Prox’N’Roll RFID Scanner HSP is in fact autonomous in obtaining data and transmitting it to the PC in the form of a keystroke sequence, as if an operator were typing it on a keyboard. This is because the Prox’N’Roll RFID Scanner HSP is seen by the PC as a standard USB keyboard.

So there’s no driver to install, and all installed applications can generally make use of it without modification : just place the cursor in the relevant input field to see the data arrive!
